Refunds are applicable only for Achievers Academy Online Programs. Below are the details:

Non-Refundable Programs

Refunds are not applicable for:

• Online Learning Test Series (OLTS)
• Distance Learning Programs (DLP)

Refund Eligibility

• Time Frame: Refund requests must be submitted within 15 days from the course commencement date. Requests made after this period are not eligible for refunds.

Deductions

Refund amounts will be subject to deductions for administrative and academic expenses as specified for each course.

Steps to Apply for a Refund

1. Log in to the Refund Portal: Use your Date of Birth (DOB) and form number.
   • Verify or update your DOB in the portal before proceeding.
   • For your form number, contact the support center at  +9970203295, +9561015828, +7420984006.
2. Complete Documentation: Provide a scanned copy of a canceled cheque or the first page of your bank passbook for NEFT/RTGS refunds.
3. Submit Request: Refund requests must be submitted via the portal. Verbal, phone, email, or fax requests will not be accepted.

Important Notes

• Refunds are credited only to the father’s or mother’s bank account via NEFT/RTGS.
• Refund requests are processed even if:
  • The student joins after the course start date.
  • The student doesn’t attend a single class.
  • The student applies for a refund before attending any classes.

Final Deadline

No refunds will be issued after the last refund date.
