ii. Student – An individual enrolled at Achievers Academy.
iii. Parent – A biological parent or any person with parental responsibility for the student.
iv. Guardian – A court-appointed guardian or a local guardian authorized by the parent to manage the student’s personal or academic affairs.
v. Agent – Any individual authorized in writing by the parent or guardian to act on their behalf.
vi. Branch – Branches owned and managed directly by Achievers Academy.
vii. Center – Centers operated by franchisees of Achievers Academy.
viii. Appropriate Branch/Center – The branch or center selected or assigned to the student.

Fee Payment Policy:

1. Modes of Payment:
   Fees can be paid in lump sum or in installments. For installment-based payments:

   • The first installment must be paid before classes begin.
   • Remaining installments can be paid via ENACH (Electronic National Automated Clearing House) through an authorized partner or post-dated account payee cheques submitted at the time of admission.
   • Other accepted payment methods include:
     • Mobile Wallets (e.g., Paytm, Mobikwik, etc.). For details, contact the respective branch/center.
     • Online Payment via payment gateway.
     • Net Banking (RTGS/NEFT) if a Virtual Account Number (VAN) is assigned.
     • Debit/Credit Cards, Cheques, or Demand Drafts (DDs).
   • For online payments, visit the Achievers Academy website and navigate to the “Fee and Payment” section.

2. Lump Sum Concessions:

   • Additional concessions on the tuition fee component for long-term courses (1-4 years) are available for lump sum payments.
   • Note: Registration fees, admission kit fees, digital access fees, technology fees, and exam fees are not eligible for concessions.

3. Bounced Payments:

   • If an ENACH or post-dated cheque is dishonored, any applicable concessions will be revoked.
